Project Overview
FreshIndex aims to improve food-supply transparency through IoT, blockchain and data analytics. It was supported under EUHubs4Data and focuses on temperature tracking and freshness estimation for perishable goods.
Our Goal
Build a data platform for continuous monitoring of perishable food supply chains. Use real-time temperature data to estimate freshness and reduce food waste. Demonstrate interoperability between IoT systems, blockchain, and AI analytics.
